Support Legacy Ministries

James* had fallen on hard times. He had grown up in a church in Canada—and at one point had even been a Christian, but some bad decisions had landed him in jail.

It was there, at the end of his rope, that he met a Chaplain named Desiré.

James didn't know what to expect, but he had a nice conversation with Desiré.

He didn't think much of it though, until he got back to his room. While trying to sleep he felt a call to open the Bible he had been given. He opened it and started to read.

The next day he was filled with questions for Desiré. From that day on, the two of them met daily to discuss what James was learning. Eventually James brought his friend John to the meetings and the two of them were baptized by Desiré.

Stories like James and John's are a reminder of the power God's Word has to change lives. When you support Legacy Ministries you will send believers to share the gospel, with Scripture in prisons, hospitals, and schools!
