"Sometimes we think we're the ones doing the ministry. But God uses these kids to minister to us." —GO Trip translator in Brazil
At a school in Brazil, Christopher saw this played out firsthand.
He shared about losing his brother, how hard it was, and how he felt God's comfort with him the whole time. The whole room fell silent as he spoke. Until a 10-year-old boy raised his hand and shared about losing his stepmom. He told his classmates that she had been a believer, and after her funeral he went to church and prayed. That day he became a believer.
Then something amazing happened.
The silence that once filled the room was gone. It was replaced by the sound of other kids sharing their stories. Suddenly, the whole room was engaged and ready to hear the Good News about Jesus, and it all started because one of their peers decided to share his testimony.
